Our strategy
Our initial focus is on value-add multifamily opportunities with clear, executable business plans in the $20M–$50M total capitalization range, primarily in the South and Midwest.
We target properties built in the late 1990s and early 2000s that are ready for capital improvements and are located in markets with strong demographics, comfortable rent-to-income ratios, and a healthy spread between the cost of renting and homeownership. We seek transactions with attractive basis, units that are primed for renovation with significant upside potential, and underperforming current operations.
Daniel Dishi
Founder & CEO
Daniel grew up immersed in New York real estate, watching his father, Avi Dishi, build Elysee Investments—a real estate investment firm that now owns and operates a portfolio concentrated in New York and South Florida. Destined for Real Estate, Daniel began his career at his family's business, where, as Vice President, he lead a team that oversaw a 2 million square foot portfolio. His responsibilities encompassed acquisitions, financing, lease negotiations, accounting oversight, and daily operations management.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He then earned his MBA at Columbia Business School and thereafter pursued a Master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
Daniel lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife, Esther, and their daughter Maya. He is an avid New York Knicks fan and enjoys good food, travel, and scuba diving.
